Yesterday my case got approved. RD Nov 2000 ND Dec 13 2000 AD Oct 11 2001. I would like to mention some info here, which will be useful.Mine is a derivative beneficiary case. My husband case got approved in 04/2001. We filed 485 separately with 1 year gap. My Husband filed his 485 in Jan 2000 and got approval in 04/2001.I applied in November2000.

Congratulations - a quick question

Was your name included in your husband\'s I-485 and I-140 as dependent.
Don\'t know what derivative beneficiary case means.

what derivative beneficiary case means?

If the company sponsor you, then you are applicant and
your spouse and children are the derivative beneficiary.
