I have read in one of the messages in this forum that we can do something to expedite the processing once we complete 20 or 21 months. Is that true?

Does anybody know anything about that?

I didn't get my 2nd FP notice.
I think they don't send 2nd FP to RFE cases.
Does anybody receive both an RFE and 2nd finger printing notice?
I haven't seen a case like that.
Do I have to call them and tell them to send 2nd FP notice?
What is the new number to call?

Did you call them to send your 2nd FP notice?
It's been 1 and 1/2 month, They haven't touched my case.
Any idea of 21 months rule? Is that exists?

In my case they issued RFE on July 2nd and FP2 on July 7th. I have seen another case like me in this forum.

There is no direct way to get FP notice. Call to NCSC may trigger fp notice. try this.

If not try your local senator.
You can also send enquiry form to vermont service center about your case.

Atleast one these could bring some movement to your case.
 
I got my 2FP done over 2 months ago and still no word:

After looking at all these cases, I am not able to find out any relation between an RFE and 2nd FP.
I am not sure whether I should call VSC and trigger 2nd FP.
Have you guys ever seen an approved case in which applicant didn't receive 2nd FP notice evenif 15 months are over.
If I can see a case like that then I don't think there any need to trigger 2nd FP. Kinda confused :confused:

FP expires after 15 months. So you will get a 2nd FP notice. No matter you call them or not. I think its batter to call them. It may expadite your case. After 2nd FP, It will take 60-90 days if your name hits the BCIS database for security check.

Hope you will have your approval soon.
