Dec RD have been approved

Some of the Dec RD cases have been approved or have been tranfered to Local INS offices.So there is a possibility that INS have started parallel processing .
Check out the series eac02063500xx and you will see some approvals and transfers.

PS.For people :mad: who would like to comment on the misuse of the online checking system-My answer to them is :I don't think its a misuse,I am not hurting anyones case by checking other RD's.If it helps me and others to get a guesstimate of the INS approval process and the processing times,then I WILL DO IT!!!!

I am with you on gathering statistics from the website. It is not a misuse. No matter how you look at it - legally or morally.

I think EAC number indicates ND, not RD.

My RD is in Nov, ND is in Dec. EAC020605****.

Having said that, isn't it possible that someone with RD in sep/oct has ND in Dec?
 
yeah u are right !!!

There could be other reasons for such type of approvals.May be these were EB1 category applications.
