Dec ND Case Asssigned to Officer!

Hello,
looks like dec ND is moving, our case was assigned to an officer " very recently" as per conversation with IIO today morning( got thru within one shot). she was really really nice n polite and asked us to wait for another 4 weeks before applying for EAD renewal. EAD expires Jan 02
Case Details:
EAC 01 056 *****, RD Nov 24 00, ND Dec 12 00, EB2 RIR , FP Apr 26 01, PD Jun 99.

Hope that everything gets done with soon and all dec Nd\'s get approved in a month by gods grace. have been bugging IIO every week for the past 3 weeks but my luck that they re really nice( dont seem to tell me about how many times i have already called ).

Now i am not gonna try that number until next month.

your case details are same as mine. My ND is also 12/12/00 , EB2 and EAC 01-056-54xxx.
