Dec FP\'s with JulyRD and AVM PendingReview List

Guys i did my FP on 13th dec but still AVM says "FP Received on 19th Dec and Pending Review" my RD is 12th July EB3/INDIA/PA ...do you guys get the same message ? i called IIO today 14th March she said "They are proccessing April 01 cases as of today so i have to wait another 4 to 5 months " to get approval .... Any ideas or suggestions from you Guys ...
Milk what do you say do you think every thing is going smooth ? ?

Mine too says review, FP Dec 12, RD July 10th, ND Aug 24th

same in my case

RD:7/25/01, FP:12/12/01, still AVM says "collected fpp on dec\'19 pending review".
But when I called FBI they said the finger prints were processed and were sent back to INS the same day.
my lawyer said not to rely on AVM.

Garla and other guys with

AVM message still saying pending review.....NOTHING TO WORRY.....did u see the approval from Pacha Attai couple of days ago....he asked me to update my list with the message still saying as pending review....kind of dissapointed....but with in few hours, he posted the approval message.....so it is possible that AVM message still plays \'REVIEW\' message while your application getting processed.....Just Hang on.....we all (JULY filers) are going to hear the \'THIS CASE HAS BEEN APPROVED\' message sooner or later.....count the hours, if not days....
