Dec Concurrent filing..No receipts?

Hi,

I have filed my 1-140 and 485 on 6th Dec .My case is LC subsitution. I haven`t received any communication from INS till date.

Just wanted to check anyone of you during the same timeframe has received RD/ND.

Well, some people who filed at your time already got approved their I140. Welcome to wonderful world of Vermont Service Center.

My I140 filed long long time ago. I have received a notice, but so what... I am still here.
 
Rajan, we applied for 485 on Dec3, reciept recieved on Jan 21. It is taking 6-8 weeks even to get a reciept from VSC.
 
Finally received the receipts for EAD/140/485

MD 12/23/02
RD 12/26/02
ND 1/27/03

My lawyer recd the receipts on Feb. 3rd

Waiting for EAD!!!
