I guess there are several .... !
My belief is that we should recommend Laloo Prasad Yadav to become head of BCIS ...
. He, with his super unique style of working, will make sure that all cases are approved within 1 week.

To be serious ... I think if I was you I could've asked my attorney to inquire. Whenever I've called BCIS I get a reply that right now they are processing August'01 cases and I should wait for some more time before anything could start on the case.
On the flip side I filed my case in Nov'01 and received RFE in June'03 reply received by BCIS in Jul'03 and then no news ....
. But on this site I've seen many postings of the people who filed in March'01 onward and still waiting.
