Is there anyone remaining with a Dec 2001 ND still waiting for approval, or is it just me?

Forgive the rookie questions...

My FP was March 28, '02. That means it has expired by now, correct?
If so, is it correct that there is no way BCIS will make a decision on the 485 without first issuing a 2nd FP notice? I have not received any notices for a 2nd FP. Will the lawyer also get a copy of the 2nd FP notice?
