Got 2FP today.
Issuing date: 12/1/2003.
Seems a lot of FPs were issued the same day (even for 3FP). I was just preparing to contact the senator before I got the notice. Now I will wait for some days after 2FP to contact the senator.
 
Getting FP notice is a good news for you, hope everything is good from now on. But for 3rd FP person, it is too confusing, I guess they just look at your last status, if yours doesn't show a valid FP result ( REF received, case transferd...), they will give you a notice anyway.

Can you please post which state u r located? I was in the same boat like you, and still waiting for SECOND FP. Though i applied in ESC, I am in Little Rock, AR.
