Dec 2001 Filers: I got 2nd FP Notice

I recieved 2nd FP notice, scheduled for 4/30/04.

I am happy to see some movement after 2 years of 1st FP. I hope approval will come soon after 2nd FP.

I suggest you try an early FP if possible.

Also, a week after your FP, send a fax to USCIS requesting them to expedite your case. VSC fax# is 802-527-4816. Do not forget to mention your case details and your contact information with the fax.

Btw, when do we usually exPect RFE? Before 2nd FP or After? I hope there will be a pattern.

I did my 2nd FP on 1/15/04 and still waiting... I guess I am stuck on their security check..hopefully i dont hv to go for 3rd FP..
