My lawyer forwarded the approval email this morning. Self and spouse were approved on 01/31/05. Waiting for the approval letters to show in mail.

I had no PD date listed on my receipts. If PD is the application date for Labor then it is oct 2001.

RD/ND : 12/06/02 & 12/09/02
PD: Guessing(.. oct 2001)
FP: 01/31/03 and 11/18/04
RFE: None

Changed job on 01/24/05 and was preparing to send AC21 per lawyer's suggestion.

Thanks for the message. All of your dates are almost the same as mine (within a few days to a week), but I am EB2. I'm encouraged you didn't receive an RFE. Congratulations.
