Just checked online.

Both I and my spouse received RFE. However, my child's status still showing old message "FP received on August 2003.

I will post details of RFE when my lawyer received it.

Since this RFE is both for me and my spouse, could that be medical?

Did u miss anything in ur medical?

The medical exam was done by the doctor. He gave each of us a sealed envelope, we gave them to our attorney. We did not check them.

Our second FP were received on August, 2003 for both of us. We did not contact senators/congressmen before we got 2FP.
 
since both of u got...should be either Medical[doctor hasn't signed or messed it up] or should be clairification w.r.t marriage certificate...Keep things ready and reply ASAP as ur approval is just around the corner[FP2 is done]..!!
