Does that mean my case has been assigned ??


ND : Dec 29' 01
FP : April 26 ' 02 (15 months and 15 days)

RFE : None Yet


Can anyone throw some guess.

Also I see January approvals, how long should i wait until i start getting impatient

Did you check with your lawyer, regarding your second FP notice.

I don't have 2nd fp notice either. FP 3/14.

touched? Hw can I know. My case was assigned in May, and now it August.

If they touched my file, then I either get RFE or 2nd FP now. No, not touched

Don't worry. There are some people like you. There are so many reasons for this.

1) Officer, whom your cases are assigned, went for a vacation.
2) Security checkwas not cleared.
3) May be your cases are struck with one lousy officer. etc.,....
