Give a try through the congressman, atleast it might result in ur case being touched if nothing else.

No 2nd FP, No RFE

Received status of inquiry that VSC is processing Jan, 15, 2002 cases.

Even if my case is just 5 days later they say that it would take 60 to 90 days for status of the case...

Any options do I have ?

gcoptimistic, that's strange, mine is Jan 22 and they told 90-150 days. No pattern
