Hi debo_nair, my FP can finally be located but by A# not WAC#, does that mean my FP is in system#1 not #2? When and how will FP be moved to system#2? Thank you!

since ur FP was located using A number its in system 1 ( national system ?) ....then it gets moved ( avearage 2 - 3months ) to system 2 ( INS system) and after it moves to INS system it can be located using your wac number

Oh man! Does that mean I still have to wait for 2-3 months to get an approval? This is killing me! I just asked someone else to cheer up I guess I\'m wrong!

I had my FP taken twice, once in late March and once in July. I should have asked the IIO which FP did they finally receive, I hope it\'s the March one...Do you think they will be able answer that?

call IIO and check with them...why did u do it twice? u should have avoided second one if ithin 90 days i guess

Unfortunately, it\'s been over 100 days when I received the 2nd FP notice and my lawyer said I\'d better has it taken again... Well, I\'ll try to call INS and will keep you guys posted. Good luck and thank you!
