Dear I-485 stage experts:

I am planning to apply for I 140-EB2-NIW at Texas Service Center. To get all the letters/documents ready, it took me almost over a year. Some of the reference letter writers are moved to different addresses and no longer working for their original job.

Does INS will call or write to my references? Can I give an old reference letter (about 1 year old)?

Does any one have any experience that INS contacts the letter writers?

I think some of the references may not even remember me now.

Please help. Thanks.
 
Hi,
you need not worry about this too much. you can give old referrence letter. if any query comes, you can give them updated
address. Meanwhile keep in contact with old companies. they can help you if any queries comes.
