Dear Expert: RE: NIW from outside USA

Thank you so much for your input. I have two more questions.

1. What should I answer for the following?

On INS form I-140, Page 2, Part 6: Basic information about proposed employment:
It asks for Address where person will work?
Is this a full time position?
Wages per week?
Is this a permanent position?
Is this a new position?

2. Reference letters need to be US or can I submit Canada and India reference letters?

The newer I140 is somewhat different from the one I used. I did not fill-out any information about employment other than a prospective job title and description. For the rest I wrote "N/A applying for NIW of job offer". If you do have a job in the USA fill it out.

Reference letters need to be from those who know you're work. I think a variety of sources is best. I had one from USA, 2 from Australia. Have a look at the appeals decisions for NIW and you will get a feel for what they want.
