Mine is an extremely old case - RD Feb 2002. The last inquiry I made TSC responded saying case is with officer for review. Well that was 4 months ago. So far nothing has happened. No RFE no nothing. Since I have made three inquiries they told me I can put in no more inquiries - not to say the responses I got in the past was any good - but at least you feel like they have not lost your file and etc. I can't even start to tell you how much frustration and anxiety we feel going through this ordeal. I have contacted a local congressman and what they told me was "wait" because the officer might have lots of cases to go through!!
Anyways what can I do to put an end to this hopeless wait?? I am really desperate!! Please help!!
I believe we all completly und what u are going through,
steps to follow: even u have done,, plz redo.
1. Ask your attorney to Send letter to TSC
2. Contact to Senator/congrs person. all in your area.
3. find out by sending email/fax to FBI that ur FP results are done.
Hondetly Name check seems to a complex procedure.... read more in '485 prodedure guideline' (check my previous thread).
Noone exactly know how they clear names but basic understanding is they have system called 'Inter change Agency' that do name check and it is not only one agency there are many of tham including FBI, CIA etc.....
even name check goes back to home country and consulate.

Your best options are do it whatever effort u can do to find out by contacting FBI/cong/senator/AILA/your attorney TSc letters.
Some time in Life things doesn't go as we expect it. there would be some good reason we don't know God knows, Practice your faith and pray, think in this way that if G.C is written in your luck it would come on right time to you.
