Dear all, Is I-134 (Affidavit of Support) needed for spouse\'s I-485?

If needed, do I have to swear before an authorized officer (to complete the last part of I-134) before submit my spouse\'s I-485?

My attorney sent it to INS with my i485. You have to swear it.
Correct me if I am wrong.

authorized officer might not be a good idea ... he might get upset ;)
( just kidding ). I think the actual term is get it notarized.
 
Just send it already...

It won\'t take you but a couple of hours to fill out the form and take it to a Notary. When in doubt, always err on the side of caution.
