I received RE for medical and a receipt number of new I-140. I did not have the receipt number of new I-140. So I just sent out a new medical result. Now I have got the receipt of my new I-140. ???Can I send the receipt number now??? I was told it does not matter at this stage of my case since INS has already started the process. Thanks to any advice.
