Dealing with registration issues that was imposed to a specific contries for aos in the usa

Hi to all
this thread is to inform all of us about the registration that was after sept 11 for certains contries
if you adjust status in the usa and had to go register before you proceed with your aos here in the usa (because before you never regestred) and then the ins request it please inform us about your experience
