My wife is planning to study her DDS out here. She is on F1 visa.
Would like to know the best possible way to get her GC.
Do dentists also follow F1 - Practical Training - H1 - GC process.
Any enlightenment in this regard is appreciated.
Yes, I have a few dentists that I am currently in the last stage of the GC process. The dental practice sponsors the H-1B and you proceed with the Green Card processing. You must get the H-1B approval prior to the end of the OPT, however, or you will be out of work until you get the approval. Feel free to call me directly.
