I just noticed your case details -

PD: May, 2003
I-140/485/EAD/AP RD: 9/22/05 - NSC, EB-3
I-140 LUD:9/26,10/17 [RFE to convert EB2 to EB3], 11/09 AD: 11/09
I-485 LUD: 9/28, 11/25 I-485 AD:
EAD LUD: 10/24, 10/25 AD: 10/25
AP LUD: 10/24, 10/25 AD: 10/26
FP/Bio Notice RD: 10/27; FP Date: 11/23; Code 3 Done

Are you a labor substitution case as EB-3? From what I understand you filed your case on 9/22/05 and your I-485 has already been approved as of 11/25/2005 - within almost 2 months of your filing - and you PD is 05/2003. My case anyhow is in pretty bad shape - My PD is Oct 2000, was also filed concurrent back in March 2005 under EB-3 via labour substitution at VSC. Now it's been almost 10 months and I have'nt even received my I-140 approval yet - Will greatly appreciate if you will provide more insight into your case and how is it different from my case?

But his signature shows this -
I-485 LUD: 9/28, 11/25 I-485 AD:

So what does "I-485 AD" as of 11/25 means? If AD stands for "Approval Date" than my guess is that the most probable reason for his fast processing might be that he is'nt from one of the retrogressed countries. It will be great if dcmetro22042 can let us know which country he is from - just so that I may know that I am on track and there is'nt anything unusual about my case. Thanks for your input. Greatly appreciate it.
 
Hey Aakash: I am still awaiting 485 approval and therefore there is no date next to AD for 485 and there is a date for the rest where there is AD..such as I-129 and I-140. I wish that my 485 was approved but its not! Don't like putting Q marks (?) like some members do. Mine is a Regular Labor filing...for me..right from the begining.

Thanks for the wishes Aakash. You and I both know it might take years before my PD is reached! But I want to beleive in some immigration reform coming our way..Best of Luck for your 140 approval as well.
