While I am on my way to hopefully become a US citizen soon, I would like to think ahead for next step. The question I have is as follows.
-- Suppose the fiancee is a citizen of country X. To do DCF in country X do we have to get married in country X or can we get married anyplace and go to country X for DCF processing since that is her country?
