DBEC: NON RIR Cases Any State

Hi,

I am from India with PD 2001 NON RIR CA, Case transfereed to DBEC. Reeived the 45 day letter in Dec 2005 and waiting for Labor Approval. Has anybody received a decision from DBEC on NON RIR in any state?

I wanted to see, if they have started processing the NON RIR cases or just processing RIR cases.

Please confirm,
