Myself and my wife are being sponsored by her sister in the US.
When the sponsorship began the children we have were below 21.
Whilst one is still below the age of 21, our daughter is now 24 and wants to get married.
We are still awaiting our green cards and I would like to know the following:
1. Is it better that she waits to get her green card and come with us to the USA and then get married to a british citizen or should she marry now and then we can apply for her once we are living in the USA ?
2. If she does marry now can we apply for them when we get to the USA ?
Any help would be appreciated?
Chris
