Hi

How come my RD - Sep 14 1999 and ND - Aug 20 1999. I am lookng at lots of postings everybody has ND less that RD. Why in my case it\'s other way around.

RD is the date on which INS received your application and ND is the notice date on which INS entered your data in their system. Usually RD will be earlier than ND. May be it is a mistake in your case and check with INS by calling them.
