Guess what guys , I guess because these guys get calls from people they roll the dates back.

EB2 dates are back from 9/30/03 to 9/15/03.

Also they have rolled back the EAD/AP dates to around two weeks.

I think one should write a collective letter to the senators to inform them of this behaviour of NSC. They dont really care about anyone.

what a disappointment

I also noticed it an hour back. it is very disappointing..

jan 13 or jan 15th should be the same report , i am also hoping that may be they need to update it.

but the fact is it was updated a few days back and both the aila report and uscis processing times were matching but seems they have corrected it.

i guess we will have to wait and watch but as you said it sure is disappointing.

Thats really wiered..In this way,i believe we will have to wait forever for I140 approval and to get green card it will take probably 5-6 more years..
Can't we do something about it..??? :(

Hi guys,
Where do you see these concrete days for processing differenet categories?
This September 15th, 2003 for EB2 sounds very sweet . I am EB-1, what are the I-485 dates for that? :)
