dates on FP notice...

Hi, I really need some clarification on dates published on my FP notice.
RD: 3/15/2002
ND: 4/11/2002
Priority Date: 3/15/2002 (same as RD ???)
SC: Nebraska
I did not receive receipt notice for my I-485. I Did not apply for EAD/AP.
1) I am wondering whether the RD and ND in FP notice are really RD and ND of my I-485. I have sent 485 application to my lawyer in february.
2) My priority date is 9/21/2000. But the priority date in FP notice is given as 3/15/2002. Is this a problem? Priority date on I-140 approval notice was correctly listed as 9/21/2000. Thanks for any input.

I don\'t think that PD maters any more as long as you filed I-485 AFTER everything became Current...

 
 
Same here, PD on FP notice the saem as RD

I already exchanged this part with several guys on this site so this one seems normal

in the message. are the RD and ND on FP notice actually RD and ND of my 485? since i did not get receipt notice of my 485 I am not sure what my RD and ND are?

Same case here, my AP indicates PD as my I485 RD.

Checked with my attorney she says, not to worry about it.

I remember reading some discussion on this subject in Sheela Murthy\'s weekly chat log, you may want to refer to it.
