Dates for former residence addresses

Would appreciate a reply-

I don\'t have accurate dates of my former residence
due to my 100% travel job.

Do dates of former addresses have to be accurate to the
day for the I-485 application? ( I may have the right estimate
for the month )

Does anyone know how I can get accurate dates of my former addresses
if this is essential for the INS.
