Mine is a case of Labor Substitution.

Priority Date: May 22nd 2001.
Notice Date: Jan 5th 2004. ( This date is the same as the approval date ).
But in my I485
Reciept Date: June 16th, 2003.
Priority Date: Blank
Notice Date: July 9th 2003.
I received my finger print notice on Aug 17th 2004.
Question: Why is there no Priority Date listed for I-485. Is it given for those cases with no labor substitution.
What time do I go by for comparison, is it the RD or the ND os my I-1485
