date of birth correctin in document received from NVC

Hello Everybody,

RE: documents received from NVC

We have received a letter/info from National Visa center(NVC) stating that my brother\'s case has been sent to Bombay consulate office for the further immigration process.

Unfortunately, the date of birth in this document is incorrect. Do we need to contact NVC or bombay consulate for the correction?
