Date from AVM

Hello Gurus,

our 485/EAD was sent on Aug 28. And when I talked to Immigration officer, she said that they received the application on 30 of August.

Yesteday when I checked status thru tel., it says "APPLICATION WAS RECEIVED ON 30TH OF OCT AND A NOTICE HAS BEEN SENT".

According to officer, it was received on 30th of August and tel. says 30th of Oct. which one should be the right one? do you think the date from tel. is notice date? not the receive date?

It is important for us to know when they got the application. We desperately need EAD. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Dont worry about it. The AVM date is the date they issued the notice.
when you receive the actual notice, you will see there are 2 ddates, one is received date (Aug 30) and notice date (Oct 30).
