Some days I see I-140 approvals for ppl who have
filed in 05/02 then I see ppl who got approved and
filed in late dec last year or early this year .. Heck there
is even an approval for Feb 03 .......

Not to be jealous of ppl who are getting fast approvals
but then it makes this wait even more painful ..... :mad:

Any logic in this confusing world of BCIS :confused: :confused: :confused:

All we can do @ this point of time is have patience man. That is so screwy and you're right looking at the stupid economy/ job situation and having the EAD & not be able to use it, all it does is add the pressure on the nerves. But I guess relaxing those stressed nerves is more important, saying what the heck when time comes it will come. ;)
 
Here you go. There is now a case of approval in 22 days. I think BCIS is really being honest when they say it might take between 30 to 360 days .... :D
