damn... social security card got refused twices

i just received my i-730 approval letter from ins, and i tried to apply for a social security card with it twice this month, however, they refused me both times. damn... am i not eligiable for social security card.??.. me just want to get the card to pay tax ... shit... any help for me plz

Call the SSA central office in Baltimore and complain.
