Few more approvals on VSC board today. Do't know when this damn CSC will start to work. Seems California needs the chill of vermont to keep the officers inside instead of 75/80 weather.

they have been keep there sorry Asses over the 485 apps form sept 2002 do't know how much time do they need to hatch them for chicks.
 
I read something along the lines that "INS had halted adjusdications for I-485 and citizenship cases for one month for upgrading computer system. Now that computer systems have been upgraded adjusdications have started."

In reality, the freeze seemed to be something like three months, alteast based on all the crap that I read on this forum.

This makes me thing that there is a two month lag in INS timeline. i.e approvals should start coming after another two months.

do ya really think "freeze/halt" would be over in 2-3 months?
 
There has been no activity on the TSC board either, its not just CSC. Nebraska seems to be slow as well. Its only VSC people that are actually putting up any approvals.
 
Lets be thankful that in spite of the freeze our TSC has showed small mercies and has speeded the AP process. This at least allows for the long waiting hopefuls to go back home to visit family and come back fresh for another round of waiting game.

Think of it this way, the situation is so bad that we have to now be thankful that INS is doing 1 % of the work they have too (that too approving AP after 3 months), instead of being happy that our 485's are in hand and we can go where we want without worries!

Maybe this is all a part of the big INS master plot where they make us so starved for approvals that any slight smell in the air, triggers off a feeling that there is shit around the corner!

Like KennyGH says, what is the good news that we have been given indications off?
 
I've always felt that the Green Card was just a matter of time. we have a very strong case. The past 2 months has been the first time where I have had any doubt whatsoever. It seems that anything could happen now.
