Please help me if you know about this case properly...
after an interview in july 9th, I recieved my immigrant visa.

unfortunatly, after several days I find out there is a little water stain in my visa photo. the spot has 3mm height and width in left side of my face and didn't corrupt eyes, nose and mouth. but the stain is totaly white like an astroid hits the moon.

I don't know if it is a major problem, and if the answer is yes, is any chance to replace the visa or take an official note from embassy to pass me at airport immigration gate?

^ that's what I would do if it happened to me.

Just talk you your consulate/embassy and explain what you have explained here. They will either tell you it's fine, or if not then they will tell you what you can do about it. You have already had your interview and been approved - they are not going to revoke your visa just because of some water damage. What do you have to lose talking to the consulate?

Yes it is not a big deal to go and ask the consular about the situation.I am sure they aren't going to give you any trouble.

You can send an e-mail to the embassy with the copy of the visa as attachment.
The Embassy will tell the best option for you.
But you shouldn't be worried about your visa validity.
