I got my I-797A approval notice while in US for the second H1 term and even got the visa revalidated for myself and my spouse from St Louis MO.
However by a sheer accident I got both the I-797As damaged while cleaning the house. Both the papers are torn in half. I have taped them together and every thing is legible but do I need to get new forms? Will there be any problem in returning if I go to India?
If yes where and how should I get a replacement?
