Dallas: Time between interview and oath

Could DALLASites post how long after their interview did they have the oath ceremony?

Do we get to choose an oath date or is it simply assigned to us?

Is there any way to find out on which dates they have the oath ceremonies in the Dallas area? My interview is on March 12, 07

Applied in Aug 06, fingerprinted in Oct 06 and just got the interview notice.
 
Reading through the Dallas Timeline thread is the best thing for you.

Both my wife and I got our oath letters at the interview (we were 6 months apart). In my case they said something like "there's an oath ceremony on XXX and on YYY, do either work for you?"

I picked the earlier one (actually I knew (from this forum) that there was on in 2 days, so I asked "can I go to that one" and was told no).

I've noticed (from the forum) that our experience isn't universal, so, you get what you get
