What --- ---- is going on with the DOL regional office in Dallas. While most of the other regional offices process cases from 2002, they are supposedly still stuck in 1/2000 ? I know that many things are slower in Texas (e.g. the way how people speak), but this discrepancy is rather striking. Is there something I don't know about the process, have they stopped processing non-RIR cases ?
