Dallas Regional Office Dol

Could anyone answer this question , why is Dallas so behind with cases ,at the moment they are on March 2000 when are they going to get to 2002 ? fi they are so back loged , why are they handling so many different states LC , they need help big time and hope someone look into this because when I called them the last day I was told that they only have 1 Officer handling the cases , when is he/she going to get updated like other states , I've seen states like NY which has Tones of LC Apps are update to date now .

If you can give me some more info in ref to the above please reply back because this is driving me crazy because My LC is filed there Dallas.
