Hello,
I heard that the Dallas Office Rapid Adjustment pilot program is available to family-based I-485 adjustments. However, it is not clear which family-based applicants can take advantage of this program. Can some attorney or other experienced folks please shed some light on this?
If a Legal Permanent Resident filed I-130 (1.5 years ago) for unmarried son over age over age of 21, and that I-130 application is still pending at BCIS, then will the applicant and beneficiary be able to participate in this Dallas pilot program to file I-485 for the beneficiary right away? The applicant and beneficiary are both living in Dallas area, and beneficiary is currently in H-1B status.
Thanks for your help.
