Dallas Office Rapid Adjustment

Hello,

I heard that the Dallas Office Rapid Adjustment pilot program is available to family-based I-485 adjustments. However, it is not clear which family-based applicants can take advantage of this program. Can some attorney or other experienced folks please shed some light on this?

If a Legal Permanent Resident filed I-130 (1.5 years ago) for unmarried son over age over age of 21, and that I-130 application is still pending at BCIS, then will the applicant and beneficiary be able to participate in this Dallas pilot program to file I-485 for the beneficiary right away? The applicant and beneficiary are both living in Dallas area, and beneficiary is currently in H-1B status.

Thanks for your help.

Over 30 views and no replies? Is there anyone who is participating in the Dallas Office Rapid Adjustment pilot program, and can share their experience? Can any attorney answer my earlier question? Any information is appreciated.

Thank you.

Dear sankarnp,

Thanks for your response. Can you please point me to where the requirements are located? I read the fact sheet put out by BCIS, and there is absolutely no mention of visa number or priority date. Maybe I missed the doc that you are referring to.

Thank you.
