DALLAS office processing times

Guys,
The Local Dallas processing time for i-485 adjsutment is 545 days
and advance parole and EAD someting like 90 and 30 days.

This does not make any sense.

Ok yes the blah blah about TSC and 999 days stuff.

Any comments about this ???

What is the "District Offices" . Does INS
transfer all the I-140/485/EAD/AP to these offices after receiving our applications... or how does it work ?

Family based cases and some other type cases are filed at local district offices. These are timing for those cases. Even cases which transferred to local office will go in the same queue. These are timelines for that kind of cases.
