Dallas Finger Printing Question

I have a scheduled finger printing at Dallas on 11/25/2009,
will they accept my finger printing before that date, i will be starting an outoftown job and may not be able to make that date and after.
Did someone come across this

You have to try and get your foot in the door. You can give the reason of unavailability / travel and show proof if you have. In general, the FP letter advises walk-in after the FP date has passed, but a lot of people have had luck going early --- but there is no guarantee that they will take you in.

I went on Saturday at ASC( Dallas,whitehurst ln) and lady asked me why I came early as I am not scheduled that day and since I have to go out of town , I told her the reason and she accepeted that. You will need to show your GC, DL and the appt letter.
