Dallas DOL

Has anyone received approval from the Dallas DOL lately? My Lawyer says that they are working on Sept 2001. Any confirmations on that?

Case Approved from DOL on March 28, 2002
Received Hardcopy on May 6, 2002

Did your company have any layoffs?

My case was transferred to DOL (Dallas) in Aug 2001. But we have had layoffs. So, my attorney states that I may get a NOF to test the market again (since this was under RIR).

It does not look good (at least from my perspective) !!!!
