Is anyone aware of the current processing trends in Dallas BEC. I am not sure, whether Dallas BEC is still claiming that by Sep 30, 2007 it would eliminate all back logged labor cases?
Can anyone please clarify and also provide a link to this info. It would be appreciated much.
Is there anyway to check the status of my case (as in website its stating the same status for a longtime) through my attorney or employer to find the status of my case directly with Dallas BEC?
What is the order in which Dallas BEC is working on pending labor? I have seen cases with priority dates in Jan 2005 got cleared by dallas BEC but not all cases close to that time frame?
