My dad had a visitor visa interview in Islamabad last week. The visa officer asked for his passport and Affidavit of Support form that I had sent.
In the beginning, he skimmed through the affidavit of support form and asked my day the following questions:
1) When did your son come to USA and Why?
2) Where is he working, and for how long?
3) When was the last time your son visited Pakistan?
4) Have you been to europe before?
Then he said your visa request has been approved and you should get your passport back within three weeks.
He did not look at anyother documents which my dad was carrying in a file.
I am so happy.
