I am in the process for filing N400 application and one of the questions in application have a question " were arrested, cited, detained, or confined by any law enforcement officer, military official or immigration official"

Couple years ago I had to travel overseas due to family emergency and on the way back to US, I had to go through a secondary check where they put a stamp on my passport with a note " DA/AOS with a note of I-512 " . My question is does that if that secondary check I had to go through considered as " detained by immigration official " ? Please advise
