D-3032 Choice of Agent and Address Form

F2A I-130 Approved send to NVC; DS-3032 Recived

Hi guys,
I am very confused by an email sent out by NVC today.
I received DS-3032 today.
My case is F2A and my PD is Aug 13, 2010.
I know the PD for F2A had regressed back to Jan 2008.
Why do I get this form now since my PD is not current?
Does anyone know about this?
