I won the DV lottery before and gained the immigration status , that time I was married , so my wife also got the immigration along with me.

D. 2.Have you ever before filed a petition for this or any other alien?


Now my question is : will i be considered a petitioner for her? She gained the derivative status because as the husband i won the immigration lottery. any feedback will be appreciated

No you never petitioned any alien before, she got hers by virtue of a derivative status not thru you petitioning for her.
